We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those persons who need to know that information in order for HC.com to provide high-quality services to you and to third parties with which we contract to assist us in providing services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations and Best Practices to guard your nonpublic personal information. Our written information security policy (“WISP”) is available upon request.

Managing your information

You may ask us to provide you with copies of the personal information that we hold about you. You may request that we delete or modify to correct it.

Keeping you informed

As required by federal law, we will notify our clients of our privacy policy annually. We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, but we will provide you a revised notice incorporating any material changes before we implement such changes.
