CEHRT Audit Services

Our audits results are solicited by:

• CEHRTs seeking to supplement their QA processes, and/or prepare for merger and acquisition activity.
• Boards of Directors seeking to identify possible organizational and personal liabilities resulting from improper coding and certification “defeat programming”.
• Investors conducting due diligence.
• Insurers as part of underwriting activities for reps & warranties.

We target the identification of system and compliance issues generally not detected in standardized automated certification routines. In contrast to many Certifications, specific aspects of system behavior are assessed without the CEHRT company knowing the targeted system behavior in advance. Our assessments uniquely:

• assess against the Criteria and Clinical Quality Measures in the most recent Certification.
• use customized test parameters and methodologies that are NOT previously published nor previously disclosed to the CEHRT,
• submit multiple permutations of test parameters to the CEHRT with some entries being complete and others incomplete,
• include real-time adjustments to the process in response to noted system behaviors and trends, and
• incorporate a proprietary reporting system.
